Yesterday I had a procedure done by Dr. Malayil. Everything went very well. I can't say enough good things about NovaSpine. I have been going there for over 3 years and they have really helped me to manage my pain. Dr. Malayil is just wonderful. The staff, Ryan, Alden, John, and the front office girls, just to name a few, are so caring and helpful. If you have back or leg pain, give NovaSpine a try. You won't be sorry you did. Thank you Dr. Malayil.

-WORST SERVICE EVER- My primary care doctor referred me to NovaSpine to see Dr. David Morales. I made my appointment and it was set for October 30th. Got a call from NovaSpine that they can move my appointment up for today (10/18/23) at 2:30, but to arrive 15 minutes early if I had all my paperwork done. So, I did what I was told. Showed up today, checked in at 2:10pm. The place was crowded! I sat down and waited to be called. At 3pm I went up to the receptionist (they were very nice and polite) asked them if I was checked in and they said, "yes, you are. It should not be much longer." I kept seeing what I think are existing patients walk in, sign in and be called in within 5 to 10 minutes, while I waited. Finally 3:45pm, I had enough. Especially when an existing patients walked in and was called no more than 2 minutes later. It felt like a slap in the face. I was so frustrated, I could not speak to the receptionist to cancel my appointment. The young lady apologized and said I should be next. I just shook my head and walked out, before I did not want said something stupid to someone who does not have control of the situation. I understand I am a new patient to NovaSpine and it might take some time to get me into their system, but an hour and a half of a wait! That is so unprofessional of a company. If they didn't have the time to see me, then they should have left me for the original date, instead of changing it. I am not sure if this is the new way of doing business, but no thank you. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I called my primary care doctor and asked them to please refer me to some other company. What would you have done?
