Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Did not try to upsell services. Answered all our questions, and were so friendly. We will definitely go back. Also, the waiting area and restroom was clean!

Took new (to me car) to get windows tinted. Sort of expensive compared to other places. But. This place was super convenient. Shuttle driver very nice and I appreciate that. However. The tint job was substandard. In fact, the worst tint I've ever had on any of my vehicles. The top edges are cut back, which is amateur, the bottom edges are above the interior window seals, and one window has a lifted bottom corner that will ultimately peel the tint off. Normally I'd shrug it off and deal with the "lifetime guarantee" when it becomes an issue. But... Before I left I had 3 different people giving me scare tactics "advise" about my car. In particular, a manufacturers recommended maintenance that according to the manufacturer is to be done at the 100,000 mile mark. (Timing belt). According to these guys it's every 50 to 60k. (Because Arizona). And if I was driving and the belt broke, I'd have destroyed the engine. Their quote? $1,000. So. I called the dealership where the car was originally purchased and maintained and they verified that I have the original timing belt. But... according to the dealership it's a maintenance item to be done at 100,000 miles. Even in Arizona. Not 50,000. AND! That if it breaks then I'll lose power, the engine will shut down, and it won't restart. Destroyed? Maybe 1 in 10. And the best part... the dealerships quote? $800. Including a new water pump. So... I would give 2 stars for the tint. But the scare tactics cost them a star. This place has a captive customer base. And apparently they know it. By the way. The owners response posted below is a complete lie. Nobody from sun devil ever tried to contact me and they know it. No phone call. No text. Not even an email. Zero stars. 2018
