Open Mortgage

Was looking for company that works with reverse mortgages for my parents. Stumbled onto Open Mortgage and gave them a call for more information. I worked closely with Cathleen Edger who was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful in answering our questions and walking us through the process. She was very thorough and kept us informed and followed up with everything. Very professional and compassionate about her job. After 2 1/2 months we finally got approval of the Reverse Mortgage and Cathleen was there with us to the end. So thankful and grateful for her for helping my folks out of a financial mess; we can all breathe again. Thanks again Cathleen for all your hard work and dedication- you Rock my friend! Crissie Johns

Cathleen E. was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, answered all questions in every day language, always responded to emails/texts/calls, and researched if she wasn't positive about anything (I had some non-typical questions). I highly recommend her!
