Vonnie is an excellent realtor! She listened to what we wanted in a home & showed us only those properties that met our needs. Knowing that we are moving from another state Vonnie also pointed out things that are different in Arizona. She also explained the landscaping & how much care it would need for each property. She pointed out things that needed attention in each property & I felt that she was truly wanting to find us a home we loved & not just make a sale. Vonnie followed up quickly on all our questions & concerns and arranged for an appraisal & inspection with a quick turn around. She walked us through the whole buying process & made sure we were comfortable with & understood each step. And she has even stayed in touch with us after the sale! I highly recommend Vonnie to anyone buying or selling a home.

Vonnie is professional, kind, and caring and we were lucky to have her represent us in the sale of our home! She had staged the house so it would show at its best and even had professional pictures taken for the MLS. She made sure the other realtors knew that our house was for sale, including putting it on a house tour for realtors! Once we received an offer, Vonnie kept us informed every step of the way and most of all, was very responsive to our calls and questions. She knew all the details that needed to be completed in a timely manner. We are thankful that we had Vonnie working for us!
