This was our first experience shopping for a golf cart, and we visited several golf cart shops. Every staff person we encountered was very forthcoming with information. We made several visits to Pohle Sun City West, and Ricky spent a good deal of time with us each visit, answering all of our questions. He never came across as a high pressure salesperson; in fact he was honest and told us there were other top brands out there. We appreciated that Ricky was very knowledgeable and always gave us his full attention when we were there. We decided to buy from Ricky because of his expertise, great customer service and reliability of his carts. I highly recommend Pohle Sun City West if you're in the market for a golf cart, whether it be new or used. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to deal with.
