This is the only place I will take my car to be serviced. Whether its for an oil change or more extensive maintenance, I trust Sun City Tire and Auto to do a great job at a fair price. Everyone is polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Aaron, the Service Manager is the best.

We had an appointment at 930 for an oil change we were told it would take an hour and a half so came back almost 2 hrs later and it had t been touched I was concerned because I just had my car waxed and Inside detailed I left the top down because in that amount of time it would be ok , at two my husband called and complained about the about the time the guy said he left a message at 1pm . Went to pick it it and I said I had been concerned , and he proceeded to tell me how rude my husband was, I heard the whole conversation he wasn't rude only expressed his disappointment about the wait I said my husband is never rude! Nicest guy ever! He says oh yes he was and I said you are in the customer service industry it's your job to appease an unhappy customer he says oh no not when they talk to me that way and I said then you should not be in the customer service industry and he said no I shouldn't! Wowza!
