        If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my father went in today to spend some money. My father asked the lady at the desk if he can use the bathroom she said yes she needed it moment it was blocked. Then another lady comes to take us to the back. We advise her we were told my father can use the bathroom. Mind you he is 69. Another rude lady calling herself a manager said being that they have had rude customers they have closed it. We asked if my father can use being he is older and has a medical condition. She said no thats why Im telling you why we closed it. I asked if she can make an exception being he was told he could and she said No again that is why Im telling you why he cant use it. She should not be a manager and she should be trained in proper customer service. Yes you are a weed shop but it should be professional and great service. My father spends a lot of money here and you have lost a loyal customer.
