When Silvia came to our home initially to introduce herself and talk to us regarding the journey of selling our home, I knew then that she was the person that we can trust and count on to sell our home. She is very knowledgeable regarding the laws of the real estate business and when it comes to staging a property, she knocked it out of the ballpark. Very courteous, flexible with her hours, always responds withing a reasonable time and will answer any question you have if she doesn't have the answer she will find the answer and give call back or email with the answer to your questions

Silvia was such a blessing to us. She took the pressure off of us and coordinated all the inspections that we needed to be done. She also made suggestions that we may not have thought of.
