I had an amazing experience working with Beatriz in purchasing a second home. Communication was great! She did everything to ensure I had the best loan outcomes. She was even able to use a new program the was applicable to my situation to lower my interest rate. I highly recommend Beatriz and CrossCountry Mortgage.

Beatriz was very easy to deal with, worked FAST (we have never had a mortgage co close so quickly!). Everyone, EVERY step of the way was a pleasure to deal with. Their on line portal was easy to understand and navigate. this only offers 5 stars, although I would rate Her and Cross Country Mortg a 10 out of 10.

While we were buying our new home in Tombstone, I dealt with Beatriz Villalobos and her great attitude and knowledge walked me through all the paperwork. She actually made this experience much better than I have had in previous homes. When talking to her on the phne, I can actually see her smile in her voice. She is a dream to work with.
