After hearing from friends, I chose to contact Garfields for yard maintenance and later to add gravel and river rock. The prices are reasonable and the workers are courteous and hard workers. Rick, the in-charge person is very easy to work with...and he turned out to be my hero when I passed out while showing him around my property. He called 911 and stayed with me until the EMTs came. Hands down the best and only company to use in the Sierra Vista area! They have been phenomenal from the first call all the way through to the finish line. Their communication has been excellent; they show up for their appointments, are timely, knowledgable and very helpful. The workmanship is wonderful and completed within the promised timeline! I look forward to using their services again on my next landscaping project. Cannot recommend them enough! This is the company you want to use! They show up, follow through and communicate with you! Companies that stand apart recognize the importance of keeping customers feeling positive and happy about their experiences with them. Garfields Hunny-Dew Lawn Service is such a company. Owners Rick and Nicole certainly know how to provide excellent customer service. We had extensive yard maintenance needs that included property cleanup of weeds and unwanted vegetation, trimming of mesquite trees, weed pre-/post- emergent spraying, and hauling away all debris. The property is large, and the projects were extensive requiring multiple days to complete. Johnathan was the crew leader responsible for completing the preponderance of the projects on our property. We found that he and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and on top of everything. He always checked in with us at the beginning and end of the visits to keep us updated, ensure we are pleased with the work to that point and to address any concerns we might have. We found Garfields to be very responsive to our inquiries, attentive to our landscaping challenges and highly reliable to get the job done right at a reasonable price. It was awesome to work with them from initial estimate through completion of their work. We cant say enough about Garfields Hunny-Dew Lawn Service. Rick and Nicole provided us a an excellent job at a competitive price. No complaints. From start to finish they were excellent. We are first-time customers, and we will use them again.
