Best Western Plus Sun Canyon

Very clean, awesome service from staff all the way from the check in to check out, and breakfast crew. Rooms were super clean, bed very comfy, bathroom is a bit small but is enough. Good breakfast with both cold and hot options.

This is listed as a new hotel, Sierra Vista hasn't had one in awhile, it's not. It's a refurbished old building that stinks. Who wants to sleep on an extra firm spring mattress? There is no space between the toilet and the bathroom door. If you take a shower you have to put your clothes on outside of the bathroom because you towel is wiping the whole front of the damn toilet. It's horrible. I thought it would be ok but they didn't do a good job with this building

One of the best things about a Best Western is that you pretty much know what youre getting when you book: a decent room at a decent price. The Sun Canyon delivers on both counts with a couple of caveats. Pros: clean room, friendly and efficient staff, large tv, hot shower, yummy breakfast Cons: hard bed, disappointing water pressure in shower, oddly small door to bathroom that caused a few toe stubs. Sierra Vista was just a stop on an exploration weekend and we came on a blustery day with winds gusting to 50 mph! This curtailed our lets walk through town plans so we holed up at the hotel and watched NCAA basketball on the big tv in our room after a few beers at the Tombstone brewery located right next door to the hotel. Shout out to front desk worker, Gabriel, for great service and the brewery discount card. We recommend this property and will definitely book again when we next meander through.

One of the best-run Best Westerns I've visited so far. Everything was very clean and well maintained, friendly staff. Really good stay, thank you
