I am writing for Tanya O'Neill and myself to express our gratitude for all the help and assistance that we have received over a long period of time from Ericka and Holly out of the Sierra Vista office. They have both gone out of their way and I know at times on their own time to check on both of us to make sure we were doing well. Tanya, unfortunately, has spent a great deal of time around nurses and care givers and we both feel that these two ladies don't look at what they are doing as a job but how can they make our lives better. Which they both have done for us just by being themselves. Thanks to Bayada and to both Ericka and Holly. Bob

Dealing with this Bayada was a breath of fresh air after experiencing numerous nightmares of modern medical providers. Their team is honest and real. They don't seem like plastic people but like neighbors that care about your family's progression, and balance their busy schedules without ever making us feel that we are troublesome or an inconvenience. Our questions were always answered and on one specific occasion our favorite nurse (Kendra, who cannot be complimented enough) rushed to help us with an emergency situation and was here in the blink of an eye it seems. Great listeners, understanding and easy to talk to. If you have need in this rural area for home health, please give them a try. To Kendra, Lisa, and Lori, Thank you for your care. To Bayada- please note that these individuals are what your company is based on. They deserve your appreciation and thanks as well.
