Liked - Excellent and convenient location. Rooms/bathrooms were spacious and clean and had a nice kitchenette. Very nice staff. We stayed on a Thursday night, so we were able to eat the complimentary soup and salad for dinner. You also get a couple of complimentary drinks. The hot breakfast was quite good and had eggs/sausage/potatoes, hard boiled eggs, and the usual carb-laden fare :) The building is well-made and was therefore, quiet. We would stay here again!
Disliked - The mattresses were not so comfortable. Prefer cotton to microfiber sheets. Bath towels very small and scratchy. Biggest downside was that our fridge was super noisy when the compressor was running. Had to wear earplugs to sleep just because of that.

I stayed here last night for a business trip and I have to leave this review because I was so impressed with this hotel! It is not the most modern but they make up for it ten-fold in customer service. From the moment I checked in they were very accommodating. I will definitely be back to this hotel for future work trips and I will recommend it to everyone in my department who travels to Sierra Vista as well!
