I was in the area and wasnt going to make it to the Tractor Supply back home so I put in my order for chicken feed and dog food. I got the text that my order was ready, when I clicked on the link I saw they didnt have my dog food. Ok, I understand this, so I went inside. My chicken feed wasnt even pulled yet, so no, my order wasnt ready, then the guy asked if I wanted to pick up the dog food when their shipment came in, I explained I was from out of town so no, cancel that one. They didnt have my dog food in any size so unfortunately I had to change it up so my dogs could eat when I got home, and here we are 3 days later, Im getting a text at 7:30am saying my order in Sierra Vista is ready. I look at my bank account and sure enough, theres a hold on it for a bag of dog food that was supposed to be cancelled 3 days ago. However, they were all very nice which did get them the 2 stars.

Visited this location the other day, not quite sure what i was looking for but between the service of Donna, and Cody, not only did i find what i was looking for, i was helped by two of the best customer service workers i have ever encountered. Ms.Donna was so kind and sweet, and Mr.Cody was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me locate just what i needed for my weekend project!!!! 10/10 would recommend, ESPECIALLY IF YOU SEE DONNA OR CODY!!!!

Visited this store on many occasions, always receive excellent customer service! Greg was especially helpful tonight when I went in to look at egg incubators!
