Securing a place back in my hometown was made even more difficult with rising prices and tricky selling agents. Nothing phased Trish though thank goodness! Less-than-motivated parties would not stand in her way! She juggled our familys need for a yard, garage, and decent price point, all whole managing a sellers agent that hated to answer the phone. Trish is about the only agent tenacious enough to get these mountain deals done! All the whole, we were in Tucson.
