I am facing a lawsuit, because White Mountain Realty listed the property I bought and stated manufactured homes ok, so I didnt think there would be a problem with a trailer that I brought to the property, I spent thousands on the septic system. Shortly after, I received a notice that I violated the CC&RS, that I was unaware of. It was a demand to remove the structure. In order to comply, my septic system will be destroyed by hauling 18,000 lbs over the system. The attorney that represents the people in the lawsuit against me, is also a realtor with White Mountain Realty. Yet he claims its not a conflict of interest. If you want a good realtor, look elsewhere!
