I've worked with Dawn several times and have found her to be responsive, knowledgeable, and most of all understanding of the needs I have as a property owner. Dawn is a very positive person and is easy to work with I appreciate her insights and advice as well!

There aren't words to properly express how happy I am with my experiences with Tenney Properties! I've been renting from Tenney for several years now, during that time Stacie has been phenomenal to deal with! She's always been quick to help me with anything I needed, repairs, payments, etc. Genuinely the most standup, transparent property management company I've ever dealt with! I honestly can't think of anything that would make my experience with Stacie and the rest of the Tenney team any better!

I cannot say enough good things about Tenney Properties. For the past 7 years they have kept my 2 rental properties rented and maintained. Dawn and Stacie are professionals. Because of them I can rest easy knowing I have people I can trust to take care of my properties and the emergencies that might arise.
