Dan, the owner, showed up right on time. I showed him what was going on with my furnace. He repaired it and gave me a quote for extra work that needs to be done. Very courteous.

be careful if they come your house just for 10 min but they charge u for 1 hour fees. also do not buy any parts from them becasue they charge u 2 times the price the part on the market.if they buy part $100 they charge u $250 so they make also money in parts. and also the people work is very slow so they try to make the more money to work slowly. so be carefull to call this company. very expensive and no value for money. I had a small water leak running to the hose bib. A called and an hour later the service tech arrived and 20 minutes after that, leak fixed. I highly recommend DR Plumbing.

Does not have knowledge of how to repair a water heater. Always attempting to make repeat visits to collect more money for just showing up. Very obvious when youre being used to make money. Although they never do the job, they expect to be paid. Client exploitation Had to report to the FTC. Never again! You made the first visit on September 6,, 2023. Mr. Romero arrived and went through the steps of lighting a water heater. I showed you when I removed the panel on front there was no pilot light. More than clear it was not lit, but you just kept repeating the fact that you lit the water heater over and over again? Seem to be a very false attempt to convince me of something that did not happen. You scheduled another repair visit for September 29, 2023. Your employee Jesse arrived installed the part but still does not work. Of course he want to be paid. And he could not see the pilot light either. Because it was not lit! You were notified again as you were notified on September 6 that neither time was this issue, resolved . Water heater, still not lit! Im the one that told you my warranty only covered parts, not labor.
