        Very bad service they make extra charges and then say that if you don't like it you can leave. The manager just says that if you don't like it you can go find another hotel

        The front desk people were friendly and provided great customer service. The rooms have been updated and are clean. I stayed there on a cold December night, and the heater on the front wall wasn't able to warm the bathroom that is in the back of the unit. I wasn't able to figure out access to the television, and there were no instructions, but it was okay because I brought a good book. It was a good value, about average for a Quality Inn. Noteworthy details: Outdoor entrances to rooms.

      Hello, The charges made to your card were because there were more then 2 people in the room, we charge $10 per person if more then 2 people.We seen that after you checked in another vehicle showed up and parked behind the building and 6 people went into the rooms.You were never told to leave the premises, only to go check the other hotels rates and that they also charge more if there are more then 2 people in the room.
