First with four customers standing at the front door watching the two employees putting stuff up 5 mins. After they were suppose to open one lady knock on the glass. One employee held up a finger suggesting just a moment then walked to the back.omrnt later he returned and opened the door. Did he greet us with anything professional, NO, he said don't knock on our glass. I stated then open on time to which he responded we have to have everything set up first. So l responded then get here on time so you can be ready on time. Going to the Verizon store in Show Low has never been a pleasant experience and obviously employees are not given any customer relations training.

Nate sadly completely lied to my elderly grandparents and upcharged them on everything! He lied about every detail he told them and tried to screw them over by charging them up to 600 dollars on their phone bill after advertising things for free!!! Do not go here. These scum bags take advantage of the elderly like no other!! A den of thieves.
