Had an amazing first time flight experience! The staff was very friendly and energetic which made it that much more enjoyable. The pilot Bruce was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and had many stories. Really enjoyed it. Best way to see all the amazing views Sedona has to offer.

We booked and paid online for a helicopter tour. They took my money and sent me a confirmation with directions. When we arrived the next day for our tour we were told they have closed and have filed bankruptcy. Fighting for my 950.00 bucks back now. BEWARE!!!!

May 2023 Spoke with Eric 2 days before scheduled flight, he encouraged me to book online and that my husband will have a great time celebrating his bday with a helicopter airtour. Booked & paid for the helicopter flight (approx $500) Received a confirmation email with location to meet at Cottonwood Airport. Arrived 30 minutes before flight. Knocked on hanger door & made several calls, never received any calls back. Went to the main office at airport & showed confirmation email to people in office. Notified that Sedona Air Tours is NOT authorized to be operating air tours, he is bankrupt & not safe to fly with. I was upset that we wasted 1.5hrs waiting, no service occurred & now working with credit card company to get a refund. Thinking about it, I'm glad my husband is alive & that the flight did not go through. Thankful for the people in the office that warned me about Eric's bad business practices. Went to another helicopter tour at Sedona Airport, received professional & excellent service.
