Amy Brown help me when I needed to sell the house in the village, she did an amazing job by selling it pretty fast so i ask her if can lookmat houses in cottonwood and yeah we looked at some and i told her what i was looking for and everyhouse we saw had what i was looking for. so found a house and i told her i wanted to move in the new house when i close the other house , so the same day i close and move in the new house. she was amazing!!!!

2020 was crazy enough with Covid, but on top of it my husband and I were selling three properties, in three cities, getting married, and living out of state so we have tight time frames. Amy handled all three sales of our houses, none of which were typical and all have unique situations. Her years of experience really paid off with all of the challenges that we were faced with. Anytime a situation arose, we knew that Amy had it well in hand. Our only regret was that she wasn't in Florida to help us buy our new house! She is so experienced, she even predicted the date that we would be getting offers. She is on top of the game!
