    I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs. Upon arrival at the house, I discovered there was no functioning AC, and the communication throughout the weekend was incredibly frustrating. I was assured that someone would come to address the issue, but no one showed up the next day. When I inquired about the needed part, the property management couldn't provide specifics. Ironically, I own an HVAC company, so I understand these systems well. After an additional day without air, another company was finally scheduled to come out. They determined that the AC was beyond repair and needed a total replacement. Throughout this ordeal, Tim at Foothills only sent someone to bring fans and made promises, but the situation remained unresolved. Considering I paid over $5,000 for the rental, their offer of only $1,000 refund for a non-functional house they were aware of in advance is unacceptable. I exercised patience, hoping they would fulfill their promises, but I was sorely disappointed. Learn from my experience and avoid this company.

    Lived in an aortment complex we rented through them it was a very old building and we have had problems since we moved in the bathtub kept leaking to the downstairs apartment windows wouldn't open at first and the guy came to "fix it" but was missing a part told us to be careful opening the window until he "come back" to fix it never heard from them again. Light in the kitchen and dining room exploded on us and we had to replace the light bulbs but upon move out they are charging me for "missing light bulbs" on top of the kitchen cover for the lights they are charging me for that as well even though the guy that came to fix the lights originally had broken it and I taped it back together they are charging me for air filters as well not to mention the water heater went out AND a cabinet almost fell on me when I was cooking dinner because whoever installed it never installed it right. To top it off they are selling the building but won't give me any deposit back and charging for other things I will NEVER deal with anything foothills again.

Dear Bao, We are so very sorry you feel this way concerning our performance. We try hard to make our guests happy and comfortable. Every effort was made to get the HVAC accessed and repaired during your stay. You and I were in contact several times daily. The techs did show up as scheduled, on Saturday and again on Sunday. However, there was no quick fix or remedy to be done during your stay. Fortunately, you had air conditioning in half of the house. But, we understand that was not acceptable, therefore we offered compensation for your inconvenience. The rental rate was $3431, not over $5000 as you suggested in your review. In your email between you and our management team, you requested up to a maximum of 50% compensation. You received $1000, roughly 30%.Again, we do apologize for your inconvenience and we wanted to make sure you are aware that we did our very best to solve the HVAC issue and resolve your compensation request, as best we could.Sincerely,Tim

Hi Modesty, We had asked that you email any move-out charges that you would like to disputing. The maintenance items you mention here were taken care of during your tenancy. We will remove the $165 charge for the light fixture and light bulbs. The other charges are justified due to your unauthorized pet, damage, and cleaning, all identified in your lease.
