        Chad might just be the best realtor you will ever find! My husband and I just closed on our first short term rental property with Chads help. Even though I know he is extremely busy, he treated us as if we were his only clients. He was there whenever we had questions or concerns. Not only that, but he continues to be there for us, even after closing. I believe he is the best there is. I would give him 10/5 stars if I could!

        Chad went the extra mile helping us with our STR house sale. He marketed property through various channels that he uses (ie. Pamphlets to California investors) not just throw it on MLS and see what comes in. Chad was also great with communication (which is huge) always keeping us informed. He was helpful and hands on throughout the process including the negotiation and closing. Thanks Chad.
