I've had trauma that has been with me most of my life, and never thought I'd get rid of the symptoms. Kelly helped me with EMDR therapy, and I've never experienced relief that fast or lasting. Very professional and caring.Thank you

Kelly was really helpful. This last year, as it has been for many, was really tough. What was once mild depression had become a major problem for me - I knew I need help. Kelly provided the help I needed. Lots of good ideas, reframing of past issues, and I'm feeling optimistic aboy my future for the first time in a long, long time.
