This is an old motel. The room had a super strong cleaning deodorizer scent that kept me up half the night. I had to leave the door open to try and get some fresh air in the room. When we first arrived and each time we arrived back at the room. The hot tub and the pool were nice but the rooms have a long way to go. The breakfast is about as basic as it gets. We will try somewhere else on our next trip.

Outdated, pricey!
Very loud in the hotel. Breakfast was not good! You must have a sandwich they make for you in the microwave and it was disgusting.

Great motel for the price in a good area! Rooms were clean and nice shape. Pool and hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. Breakfast had one hot item and the usual breakfast items. Staff was all very pleasant. Would definitely stay again!

Stumbled on this location looking for somewhere to stay in Sedona. The 2 star motel rating originally made us hesitate to book but took the chance after reading excellent reviews.
The pool area is fantastic. Pool was quite warm and has great lounging areas both in and out of the pool and had a hot tub to the side. Theres also a couple of couches near the fire table. We arrived in Sedona early and the lady gave me access to the pool area and called me when a room was available (2 hours early!) at no charge.
The room is spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and was surprised at how nice the shower and pressure was.
We are walking distance to quite a few great food options. Breakfast was small but quite adequate at the hotel.
Only downside weve found is that there seems to be a cap on the TV volume level. Perhaps thats a blessing, but with the AC running it was hard to hear a movie.
Great find. Would stay here again.
