I can't say enough about how amazing of a job Bliss Floral and Amy did in putting together the flowers for my wedding. She is incredibly knowledgeable and works closely with her brides to make sure that the design and color schemes match exactly what we wanted. She took all of our considerations to heart and used her expertise to design the most beautiful floral display. We got married at an outdoor venue in Sedona and from the alter to the bouquets and centerpieces everything was perfect. I could not have asked for a better florist and she made me feel so comfortable with my decision to go with her and trust her instincts because they are amazing! We loved working with Amy and if we ever need flowers again I know who to turn to!

We hired this florist to do our daughters wedding. From the very beginning Amy proved herself to be unreliable- she was well over an hour late for our first appointment. My daughter wanted to use her because she was close and we could book her. Throughout our experience my daughter sent pictures and ideas to this vendor. On our last discussion of what was to be delivered, Amy was supposed to send a final quote and description immediately, again she did not complete this task until many days later. On the day of the wedding she was about an hour late, decorated the head table and surrounding guest tables completely opposite of what my daughter asked for. I snapped pictures of the tables and took them to my daughter and she explained what she wanted while getting ready for the ceremony. Amy did fix the head table and the guest tables but her corsages and boutonnieres were wrapped with materials that were not in our contracts and did not stay together (I had to ask her to fix the best man's bout because it was coming unraveled), the roses popped out of our corsages even before the ceremony was over, the signage greenery was very heavy handed- clumped with large clumsy greens (she had been given pictures of expectations), the arch floral arrangement was completely different than our contract described and worst of all her assistant handed over a box of rose petals that were supposed to be spread down the aisle to some young men who were helping with benches and told them that the guest would have to spread the petals as they entered the area because they decided it was too windy. Then they began to drive away without distributing the rest of the corsages or checking in to see if everything was correct. I did stop them before they left and told them they needed to finish their job by spreading the rose petals- her assistant got out of their vehicle and began to become rude and demeaning. They did spread the roses petals and left (the petals stayed in place the whole ceremony and were even still down the aisles the next day- the wind not moving them). All our other vendors for the wedding were wonderful, efficient and delivered exactly what they said they would. Amy from Bliss Extraordinary Floral was arrogant throughout our dealings with her. She did not listen to what we wanted, was late to every appointment or contact by phone and in the end caused lot of stress and anxiety during a time when we should have been enjoying a wonderful celebration without complications. Think again before you book them! In response to the owner: our original contract was dated 11/24/20. We did not work with her for 2 years- we sent pictures of everything my daughter wanted and none of them were replicated by this company. Ive never written a negative comment before but when someone causes the stress that this company did on your childs most important day you want to send out a warning to other so their daughter doesnt have to be hurt like mine was!

My Wife n I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Sedona the weekend of the 7th of Aug. We planned to renew our vows. At the last min I decided to look for a floral arrangement for her to carry. I found Bliss thru my phone n made a beeline to the store. I was in a rush n when I walked in they were busy as well getting ready for a wedding . But they took the time to make a very nice floral arrangement for my Beautiful wife. I can't thank them enough for their service I'm deeply in debt to them n have talked about them several times .
