Excellent service. My computer battery died. I called everyone in town late Friday and left desperate messages. PC and Mac Fixers actually texted me with instructions on how to buy the new battery so I could get the process started. I was so impressed. They installed it within hours of my receiving it saving several days. Excellent company and great service, even when they were closed. Thanks PC and Mac Fixers.

Update: they must be pretty busy cause they never returned my voicemail for days now. In addition, called other times in business hours with no answer. Sadly, because of this and shorter hours, I have to drive my laptop to Flagstaff now. My original high 5 star review of their work and personality still stands. Just the overall review changed now due to communication/reaching them.

There is a reason for such high reviews! They are great and helped me resolve the issue til it was figured out. No hidden upcharges or extra costs. I feel Alan is a genuine and kind person who wants to help. Thanks so much. Big thumbs up!
