I came in this morning and ordered a lavender latte with oat milk and received a cup of steamed whole milk with no espresso in it. They put the espresso in it for me after I realized it, but it didnt taste good at all. It was only after driving away and taking a couple sips that I realized they had used cows milk. Im vegan so my stomach cant digest cows milk properly anymore, and Im now down $7. I tried calling them to get it replaced and the machine went straight to voicemail. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

A word of warning to anyone who is taking COVID seriously, DO NOT GO HERE. They are not lawfully fallowing the precautions. The place was packed full and no one was wearing masks. We were literally the only ones. When they serve your drink they leave it open on the counter where unmasked people are standing and spilling their germs all over your beverage. I was absolutely horrified, and Im from a place that is anything but serious about their COVID precautions. Just appalling behavior. And the coffee really wasnt that great either, definitely not worth literally dying for.

1st and last time here they never made one of drinks and after waiting for an hour we went to ask for our food all they said was "Oh our printer looses ticket orders" so we had to wIt even longer.

Instant coffee tastes better. This place not only had the lamest $5 coffee and lattes (advertised as super amazing special concoctions but really were just luke warm milk) but the service was super slow as well as rude. Views were amazing but walk down the street for the same exact view with better vibes and some actual caffeine. Are people being paid for these reviews?? Lol Im so confused!

About 5 minutes after ordering a coffee, a "mask free arizona" rally group came in and the baristas took off their masks and told them coffee was on the house, then started making them coffee right away while I was waiting. After about another 10 minutes of waiting, I still didn't get my coffee but one of the rally group people started yelling at one of the other customers who was wearing a mask, saying things like "why are you such a sheep?", "do your own research, don't just listen to everything you hear", etc. The baristas never did or said anything about it. I left without ever getting my coffee; didn't feel like being yelled at or getting covid. Wish I had read the other reviews with similar bad experiences.
