Love their garden center. Plants are lovingly cared for and staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Tory for helping to load my purchases into my car.

I stopped in to check out their garden department. My first time in the store so I walked around a little bit to check it out. I wound up getting some plant spikes and a couple plastic dishes for underneath the plants to drain into. While checking out, there was a woman on the phone ringing me up. The receipt says LoriB. But she's talking on her cell phone to someone telling them about how she won some power tool batteries or something and how they had some Carhartt jackets that she didn't want because she already had some of those. She's ringing me up while she's on the phone. She wouldn't put the phone down. Then when she's ready for payment she just sits there and points at the pin pad for me to put my card in. After my card goes through, I asked her for a bag even though she's still talking on her phone. She tries putting the stuff in the bag one handed so she can keep talking on the phone. I wind up just pushing them into the bag myself and just leaving. The two gentlemen that I spoke to, they asked how I was doing and if I needed any help which I appreciated. The woman however seemed to be much more interested in her phone call than actually doing her job. So I probably won't be going back to the store. They might want to get somebody else on that front register. And maybe not rewarding her for her lack of work ethic like giving away power tool batteries to her.

Bought some molding for a door today. Builders First has a good selection considering our small town.
