A big part of my job is to ask questions to ensure I’m going to the correct haircut and not make the mistake of “going too short” it’s unfortunate we had a communication problem and I apologize for going to short on your first haircut. But the minute you sat in the chair you were being rude because your one previous haircut I had done. First you were upset because previous haircut being too short.Then you got upset because I asked you what you didn’t like about the haircut and if you preferred a scissor haircut over a clipper haircut because the clipper haircut may be a little shorter than the scissor haircut. (You said it’s not your job to remember your haircut and that I should remember your haircut)***even though I had seen you one time prior to this incident. I viewed on your transaction history****also I explained I do have a lot of clients from all over the work that walk into the shop. Then you yelled at me because I tried to ask details about the previous haircut: did we use clippers on the bottom half of your head or did we use scissors all around…You responded I don’t know anyone that walks into a barbershop and knows what they want…regarding clippers or numbers or scissors Then I explained to you how there’s many people that walk in having an idea of how they like their haircut surprisingly and it just escalated from there. And at that point I decided I’m not a mind reader. We were obviously going in circles and it wasn’t getting anywhere because you weren’t working with me when it regarded the haircut.Then after you were rude and yelled at me i remembered I had the right to refuse servicing you and after i explained that to you and asked you politely to leave. You stomped your foot and said I’m not going anywhere. (Which really freaked me out) then I asked you to leave again and explained you were trust passing at that point because you scared me and that I was going to call the cops you laughed and when I called the cops you yelled and said I was lying and then after you were trust passed you told them you wanted them trust pass me from your house? Obviously I just want to do my job and not have tension in my business that I’m at everyday. I didn’t want it to get to that point but you really freaked me out when you stomped your foot and refused to leave.
