From the minute Sara picked up, I knew I was in good handsmany times the people picking up phone & taking notes arent car-knowledgeable like the mechanic, but as I was telling her VVT/Cylinder-misfire/VSC sensor issues, I could tell she was following along & understanding. When I got the car dropped off I didnt even need to retell the notes cuz they were already written down on my file.
I was in the midst of a RoadTrip, & the repair shop understood I was in a hurry to get a repair before leaving in a few days, so they actually started looking at my car that afternoon when I was dropping it off.
They were able to diagnose, source the part, complete the repair from Tuesday Afternoon drop off by Friday.
Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely trying to help their customers. Cannot recommend this shop enough, was one of the best ASAP repair instances Ive ever dealt with (and my 1999 LS400 has seen more than a few shops over the yearsa great V8 but when theres a problem theres a problem& this was DEFINITELY a problem as the cylinders-misfiring were causing the car to spaz/lurch & I was worried about it transferring to the transmission as the VSC had already refused to cooperate with the irregular power-delivery).
Very reasonably priced for such an expensive little resort town, & with a better helpful attitude than most car repair shops. This is a quality establishment worth every dime.
THANKS TEAM YOU ROCK LIKE THE MOUNTAINS. Will be a highlight crisis averted memory of my roadtrip that otherwise could have thrown a wrench in the gears of my entire plan/schedule to head out. My baby was in good hands, trust them with ur baby too.

EXCELLENT service. We stopped in during a day trip to Sedona after our check engine light came on. It was the end of the day and they were already super busy. When we told them we had to make a long drive the next day, they worked some magic to get us in that day. They diagnosed and repaired our car quickly and they wound up charging us less than they quoted. My phone was dying and the lady behind the desk loaned me her charger. The manager and mechanic were also very personable and helped us out, even though they could have turned us away. We are so thankful for Canyon Auto for helping us out during a time that could have been very costly, time wise and financially. Plus, while we waited we got to walk around the city and get some great photos. Theres a brewery right next door if youd like to grab a bite or drink while you wait all in all, a GREAT auto shop.
