I love Vitality Med Spa!  Their entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly!  Elizabeth Sadler has been a godsend in helping me get thru a few health issues and, in doing so, has helped me lose 28lbs!  I am forever  grateful for VMS and all that their team offers!!

I was having issues with fatigue, anxiety , sleeplessness and headaches. Following a hysterectomy with extensive endometriosis removal I decided to have my hormones checked. I found Dr Mendoza online and scheduled an appointment. Her staff was so friendly and welcoming and personable. I instantly felt comfortable. My first visit she started me on HRT and now 2 months later I have never felt better! I have dropped pounds and gained muscle mass and no longer suffer from any of the previous symptoms! I am so happy to have found De Mendoza and her caring staff and have recommended her to many friends and family and will continue to do so. I never knew how bad I was feeling til she helped me to feel so much better!
