My visit to Eye Care for Animals was stellar in every aspect! Dr. Urbanz was very professional and personable, and explained my dogs diagnosis and treatment very thoroughly. I had complete confidence in her and her team, all of whom put me at ease during a difficult time! Thank you!!

I have a 16 yr old Jack Russell whos eye showed signs of swelling. My vets said she was fine and not in pain and just something that happened to older dogs. Ans we can just remove the eye. Well I took her to the eye care for animals and they diagnosed the issue and she has glaucoma. After only 4 days of eye drops, she is improving. Dont listen to your vet. Get a second opinion!!

I had brought my cat here twice before and was happy with their services, however, on my third visit - due to traffic - I was between 5 and 10 minutes late for my appointment. When I walked in the man at the desk told me in a rather flippant manner that I "missed" my appointment that the Dr. had to leave for the day (I found this hard to believe as if I had made the appointment, I would still be in the appointment room AND a woman had just come out of the exam room with her dog which says to me that I would have been waiting if I was on time). This man was rude and was telling me that the doctor "had to be somewhere" - well what about my time? Or the fact that I just stressed my cat out for nothing - as anyone who has a cat knows, transporting them to the vet is highly stressful for them. He was not in the least bit sympathetic or understanding. When I left and called the office a few minutes later the woman I spoke with didn't say a thing. As much as I like the vet here & the fact that my cat has a melanoma in her eye that needs monitoring, I find the staff rude. I work in animal rescue and usually find anyone in this industry to be amazing but not here.
