        Sarcasm is a big form of communication for this communications team. Not impressed service and options seem to be about par with what the industry offers. Business practice seems to be to require their use if on Tribe Land-- not necessarily an issue, but at the same time their motivation to provide excellent customer service at all times seems to be affected by the guarantee they won't lose a customer.
