Jared, personal trainer is amazing. In just 2 months my strength has improved and more importantly less body fat. He is prompt and comes prepared with a program. He wants to complete the entire program at the end of the hour. We are killing it in every session!!! Thanks Jared! Youre the best!!!!

What a wonderful spa experience and I love that they give you full access to the entire club as well. Everything was truly top notch and I would highly recommend this spa to any of my friends. Cindy's facial was the highlight, but the message and body wrap were lovely as well. For a club of this caliber and size with multiple locations, I would like to see them remove the use of all Styrofoam, single use water bottles, and disposable cups by the bubblers in the gym to reduce their impact on the environment, but other than that this is truly a 5 star experience!

"Warning: avoid Gainey Ranch if you value your dignity! The manager and some staff members are not only unprofessional but also condone a culture of bullying and elitism. Despite my attempts to resolve a billing issue, the manager was consistently rude and dismissive, discussing my personal business in front of others and trying to embarrass me. But what's even more disturbing is that this behavior is apparently tolerated and perpetuated by other staff members, creating a toxic environment where some feel entitled to harass or intimidate others. I left because of the bullying and disrespectful behavior from others, and the manager's behavior only reinforces my decision. Until Gainey Ranch addresses this systemic issue, I cannot in good conscience recommend doing business here. #GaineyRanch #ToxicEnvironment #Bullying #Unprofessional"

Amazing staff, lovely campus and sparking clean spa. Marie and her expertise in acupuncture is beyond phenomenal. I have been visiting her for some time, and will continue to bring my friends and see her as long as I can.
