The system was down today Ruben did his best as much as he can as it was not his fault at all! he made the process really easy a very friendly person as well he was running around doing 3 things at once and still got me out in 5 mins im usually there for 10-15 mins he got me out fast and as a moving helper he made my day easy ! Ruben will be the go to guy!

I want to thank Francisco and his team! Excellent customer service today amongst a lot of chaos. First their computers were crashing on a busy Saturday morning - clearly not the locations fault and the team handled all the customers well. I had several issues with my reservations today due to someone at uhauls main customer service line dropping the ball and failing at everything they promised me a week ago. Francisco and his team did an excellent job at picking up the ball that Uhaul dropped. They made everything happen so I could get my move done today. I really appreciate all that the Scottsdale team did for me today. A big thank you!!!

Apparently manager David Franco has no idea how to manage his incredibly disrespectful employee, Francisco. After I requested my cc be run in the store instead of the parking lot for propane he got very belligerent and rude.

The guy doing the propane service this morning was rude and unfriendly. The sign when you drive in to the store says to drive over to the pump if you want propane. When I did that he scolded me and made me move to customer parking. Then when I went to get the propanehe was just unfriendly.
