The school is awesome in that the teachers encourage you to do better without pressure. If I have trouble with a subject, I just go to student hours because I know that I will be able to understand it better after some one-on-one time with the teacher. I also love that the extracurriculars are academic as that makes it possible for me to learn even more. As for bullying, there's barely any because most of us are nerds, so we just help each other whenever someone is struggling. Overall, it's definitely a very good school!

It's a charter school in one of the best parts of scottsdale. The school is fine. Unfortunately many of the parents of children that go here threatening a lawsuit every time they hear something they don't like. It doesn't really help the children grow into better people they will end up becoming stuck-up snobs and think that they can get their way at any time. Similar to how currently there are a couple of images of a couple of students vandalizing the school for an hour and a half straight and they can't even identify them on tv? If this was Central high School in Phoenix those kids pictures would be all over the news and everyone in the valley would know who they are and how bad their parents are. Many of you reading this rating need to raise your children better and stop raising them to become entitled snobs like you are.

Cant help but laugh at the previous poor ratings. This is a charter school that you can easily choose not to send your kid to. If the academic level and/or workload is too much for your kid(s), or if you dont like the lack of specific extracurriculars or clubs, then send your kid to your local public school, another charter, or a private school. Its currently the #2 ranked STEM school in the entire country. #20 overall, and it would be ranked even higher if it didnt score near zero on economic diversity. Ive found that the school culture is fantastic. The level of bullying and shananigans is very, very small and nothing like traditional public schools. The kids just nerd out together. When my kids struggled during all the process changes and stress of Covid, or more recently with a few different academic areas, or with normal kid discipline issues, the school has gone well above and beyond to support and help my kids. And Im far from alone in that. This school is 5-star. Dont get me wrong, the school is super rigorous. The academic pace is highly accelerated, and the amount of homework is seismic. But many kids thrive with that academic opportunity. And university undergrad will be a cake-walk after this.
