I traveled with these guys back in 2012 for 9 months when their base was still in Tennessee under Donny Travis, when David Woodrow was still alive. The absolute level of trauma and hazing from the other team mates that I sustained gave me a mental breakdown for the next five years and it took me 6 years to even step foot back into a church. I had to go to therapy for a LONG time. I don't know if things have changed, but it ruined my life for a very long time. My PTSD due to this company still isn't healed fully after 11 years. There were no adults present at all during those 9 months except for back at base and there was no studying or books. I was hazed terribly for almost half of that time. I'm sure they're not there anymore, but this place has an ugly past. However I say that I saw and experienced ome awesome things while traveling that I would have never been able to see without NLDC, but that was the only good part. Be aware of what you're going into. I hope things have gotten better.
