It was an absolute waste of our time. They were not communicative. We kept getting passed off to Danielle (client coordinator), who took days to answer text messages, if she did at all. Don't try to call her or expect her to call you or return your call. The contract was for 90 business days, but all the real estate agents who came to the house said that was not the norm. None of the real estate agents had positive comments about the company. Most of the time we had to show the house ourselves. We ended the 90 days with no progress. We will not renew our contract with CHA, and I would NOT suggest using them. UPDATE #1: We appreciate Dan reaching out. We do acknowledge that we were out of town for the holidays and it did take us some time to get the house "picture ready" as we had not even begun packing. We are so sorry to hear about Danielle's medical concerns and we truly hope she has a speedy and full recovery. The lack of responses preceded the time we understand she has been on leave. It has been ongoing. We would ask questions and get answers several days later. Or, instead of an explanation we would receive a screenshot. Although we have bought and sold several houses, this particular process was new to us and we were seeking clarification. This process and company may work well for others or in other geographic areas. However, for us, it's been disappointing and aggravating. if we wanted to show our home ourselves, we would have just simply listed it as for sale by owner.
