Had a showing with Ryan Bowek. I showed up 15 min early the guy didn't tell me he was going to be late until 6 min before the meet. I left 10 min later (I waited 25 min total) After I left he asked if I was there I said I left it was too hot (Mid-day) 105 he responds with slick comments "it's too hot, did you get dropped off lol" "I told you I would be late lol" Yeah tells me he will be late 6 min before he had to be there while I was already waiting. Very rude and slick remarks. I sent the messages to his boss so hopefully they care about potential customers and I'm sure that's not what they strive for.

The Wehner Group eXp Realty kept me well informed and prepared for all steps of the process of the home buying process. They sent me every document promptly and never missed a step. The service was excellent. The were able to send everything electronically which made things so much easier! I appreciate their guidance from start to closing.
