Throughout the years, I have worked with many Real Estate Agents, most did a great job, but Katie stands above them all. I was in a situation where I needed to find two homes within a 30 day period. A home for me, and a home for my son. We had a list of must have needs, and Katie got to work Nothing confounded Katie, she was always patient, energetic, and knowledgeable every step of the way. We couldnt be happier with the service we received, always professional, reliable, and available on short notice to answer calls, texts and emails. She is an expert in her field, and does it with the greatest integrity. I have recommended her to many people, having the confidence she will treat them the same way. Katie never misses! I've had only of couple of Realtors help me over the years, none of which compare to Kathleen. There are times when buying and selling can get super stressful, thankfully Katie is always finding the light any situation. Really knows how to understand my needs and wishes, there is no pressure for buying. Encouraging not to give up and stand firm on what we are looking for. She has Ideals and understands we do too. Over all friendless and ability to understand our needs is a huge W. I don't have any reason for you not to use Kathleen for your real estate needs.

Katie was such a pleasure to work with! She was very attentive in listening to our questions and concerns. We felt confident in her answers as she definitely is well-informed and good at what she does as an agent. We would definitely want to have Katie as our agent again if the need should arise.
