I can't say enough good things about Jessica and the Janlonski group. From the very first time we met thru the closing, Jessica impressed me with her open personality, professionalism, knowledge and practical outlook. Her advice and negotiating skills proved invaluable. I had 2 to 3 showings every day for more than 2 weeks which resulted in several offers. By the end of 3 weeks my home had sold. Jessica then provided recommendations and advice on repair people and companies when some additional work was needed. I highly recommend her and her company and would definitely use her as my agent again. Kudos also to her assistant Morgan who was always pleasant and helpful.

Geoffrey and his team were amazing to work with throughout out home buying process! We moved from the mid-west out to AZ and he provided amazing insight into the area and helped us quickly find a new home with limited time to move! Geoffrey was very thorough in his follow up throughout the entire process, and extremely personable. On our closing day he even helped me remove cabinets from a wall that were supposed to be removed prior which he did not have to do! Thanks Geoffrey!
