First of all the appraiser drove all the way from Scottsdale to Tucson. He arrived promptly and issued an extremely detailed and most helpful report which he emailed to me within the time he promised. I dont live in AZ so I didnt meet him. He dealt with the owner of the property I intend to purchase. The payment process was also handled efficiently.
