I had the best experience with Amanda! She was warm, professional, and made the home buying experience fun. As a first-time home buyer, she explained each of the steps to me and made sure I felt comfortable and confident. She will not steer you wrong and is honest about the pros/cons of the homes being toured. I was searching for a home over the winter holidays, and was connected with Amanda Malcom. The day I met Amanda, I was immediately struck by her radiant personality, fashionable outfits, and her stylish Land Rover! However, that is just the start- Amanda is the real deal, and I knew it the day I met her. She set me up to receive MLS listings, then scheduled our selections back to back, so I could see over a dozen options over the next few days. Amanda took the time to get to know my life situation and the factors at play for me finding the perfect fit. With each home we looked at, she asked questions to understand my taste and showed me around different neighborhoods. She also answered my questions about each listing, and was an informative sounding board for me arriving at my decision. It was New Year’s Eve when that gut feeling came about a property at Gainey Ranch we saw a few days before. “It’s the one!” I called Amanda, and she immediately got to work. Late New Year’s Eve, she put together a list of comps to negotiate our price lower. We submitted our offer early New Year’s Day. Even when I had my eureka moment on a holiday, Amanda worked HARD and gave 100% to make it happen. Amanda was tough with our negotiations. She knew when the listing was overpriced to comparable properties, and she knew when there was still more on the table to negotiate further. I was interested in some of the previous owner’s furniture, and she knew how to pace out the timing to maximize my discount. I am a bit of an easygoing softy, so I totally credit Amanda for negotiating the home price lower. She was looking out for me, even when I didn’t know to look out for myself! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You would think the home buying process would be over by now, but far from it! This was where Amanda truly shined, as Amanda continued to go above and beyond for me over the next month until close. Multiple times I had family members in town for a short window, and Amanda at a drop of a hat would squeeze in 30 minutes so my parents, my siblings, my uncle, my cousins could see the place. Even though everything was in place, having my relatives be able to see the home, even on such short notice, made me feel supported and encouraged on this big life event. The day I got my keys was a huge moment. I cried when I saw Amanda and gave her a huge hug! She had rosé and a housewarming gift for me. We did it!!!! Still, Amanda did not stop going above and beyond. Even though our contract specified professional cleaning, the previous owners seemed to have cleaned the home themselves. Finding a couple crumbs, Amanda insisted she would pay for a cleaner, a kind gesture. Then, a couple weeks later, the window glass from my inspection was ready to be replaced. Since I was out of town, Amanda went to my home to be there for the install, which really helped me out. Even after I got my keys, Amanda continued to make sure I was situated and was giving of her time. Throughout the entire process, Amanda went the extra mile. She is an expert in the field, relates to her clients, has lightning fast responsiveness, is a tough negotiator, and her professionalism is top notch. I truly believe she is the most incredible realtor, because she gives all of herself. She loves what she does, and it shines brightly inside and out! She is a joy to work with, and anyone would be lucky to have her as a realtor!

Amanda is an absolute super star. I recommended her to a best friend as well as my brother and sister in law.
