We can't say enough about Deborah's expertise and professionalism in handling our search and purchase transaction. She and her team went above and beyond our expectations -- one of the best realtors we've ever worked with! We couldn't be more pleased!! And Jen's team resolved an issue for us in a very timely manner which is greatly appreciated as well!

I live in Washington State and was very interested in a home listed by Pamela Hauer of this company. Before booking my flight, my Realtor texted the listing agent Pamela Hauer-Mill at 3:20 pm on Wednesday August 25th and stated that I was looking at booking a flight to Phoenix this last weekend. He went on to say that I just wanted to see your timeline and don't want to waste their time if you sell before the weekend. He said I would be coming to see this house. Pamela texted "It will be available to show all weekend including open houses. Offers to be reviewed on Sunday night. My Realtor texted back saying "Perfect. Thank you". We viewed the house on Saturday morning and I loved it. I was going to make a cash offer to buy the house, but I had some questions. We returned at 2pm to the open house, but the Ms. Hauer was not there. Another agent was there and he didn't have any knowledge of the home. My Realtor asked him to verify that offers were going to be reviewed Sunday night and he said he believed in was going to be noon on Sunday. My Realtor tried to contact Ms. Hauer to get answers to my questions and to verify if the contract review time was now on Sunday and noon. She would not reply. I had decided I was going to make a cash offer substantially above asking price, but was unable to do so as the home went under contract on Saturday. My Realtor again tried to contact her, but no reply. I contacted the Designated Broker James Dunning and explained the situation. He said he would get back to me, but never did. I tried calling and left a message with no reply. I emailed him to let him know that I was filing a complaint. This is the nasty and unprofessional email he sent me verbatim and which I will attach to this review: Hello Mike, Thank you for your email. As we discussed on the phone and I thought I had made abundantly clear to you at that time, the seller has the legal right to sell the home to whomever they decide and whenever they decide. The MLS is a broker to broker forum and we are conveying information that the seller gave us. For example the seller might tell us "that we are going to wait until Sunday night to review all offers". However if the seller asks us to see the offers we have received on Saturday night then we "as employed" by the seller have to disclose those offers .. and if the seller decides to accept one of those.. whether it is the highest offer or not, then it is their legal right to do so. Do not threaten me with your spoiled entitled attitude of I didn't get my way so I am going to go and complain !! You are an adult so start acting like one.. You wanted to buy a house (or a car or a widget) and someone else made a more compelling argument to the seller ( not us) to buy their home and the SELLER decided to sell their home to someone else. Yes I have two disciplinary marks on my record at ADRE.. I have been a broker for over 33 years and I have 400 agents that work for me, doing approximately 3000 transactions a year.. you do the freaking math.. yes my agents ( not me) made two mistakes and as their broker I received a citation for "failing to supervise". Yes twice in 33 years ... You want to bring that stuff up seriously ?? I do not owe you a call. My agents did their job and my exact words were " I will talk to them and see if there is an opportunity for you.. You told me on the phone what your offer was.. and it was not even close to the accepted amount that the home sold for. There was no reason for a return call. Why dont you be an adult and just know that you got beat out on your effort to buy the home.. there is no shame in that.. there were many many offers including one I submitted for a client. There is ONLY shame in your pathetic "I am going to scream and throw a tantrum if I dont get my way" attitude.. You lost out on a house.. there are more homes to buy.. I wish you a good day...
