Tom Mulligan worked for my husband and I for several months when we lived in Washington State and after we relocated to Arizona. We were looking to relocate and move to Arizona. Tom went above and beyond working tirelessly to find the perfect home for us. When I would get impatient or discouraged he would have a way of encouraging me and make me feel better. I love his calm demeanor. We did in fact purchase a house in Queen Creek, AZ a few weeks ago. Tom is dedicated and will always be there at anytime you have questions and need him for anything. Tom always returned all my calls, texts and emails fast 7 days a week!! He went out and got me Multiple Cash Offers for my home!! He tries to get Cash Offers from All the I Buyers like Zillow, Opendoor, Offerpad and Investors and then puts the Offers on a Seller Net sheet. Then Tom goes though a Side by Side comparison of All the Offers and All your Selling costs. Tom explain the pros and cons to each offer and the compares those offers to the traditional way of selling with him as a Realtor. It is Very easy to see how much Money $$ that you will receive from each offer. Then I was able to pick the Offer that was Best for me! He did All the work and since Tom submitted the offers to the I buyers they did NOT have my contact info so I did Not get all the phone calls and texts from the I buyers for the next 5 years. I would Highly Recommend using Tom as your Realtor to get all your Cash Offers from I Buyers and to negotiate with them on Price, Repairs and Terms!

Tom helped us sell our home for way More Money than we thought we would get! He went out and got us All our Options. First Tom got us Offers from I-Buyers like Offerpad, Opendoor, Hedge funds and Investors then he put All the Offers on a spread sheet with All the costs of selling so we could compare our Net money in our pocket from each offer. Tom also gave us comparable Home Sales so we determine what the sales price should be on our home if we listed it the regular way with Tom as well what the would net $$ us too. Then Tom let us decide which way and offer was better for us. Once we decided Tom continue to help us negotiation the sales price, closing date, terms, concessions, as well as the repairs and guided us through every other detail that pop up along the way! We could not be happier!
