I am a realtor in the NW region of Phoenix and I worked with Mike "Smitty" Smith on a transaction the Trilogy at Vistancia area. I represented the seller and Smitty represented the buyer. After the offer was presented, Smitty actually drove to an open house I was conducting to see if there was anything else he could do to help ensure his client's offer was accepted. I have NEVER had an agent go to such lengths on behalf of their client. His client's offer was accepted. During the transaction, he was a consummate professional and always advocating for his client. I told him that he is the kind of realtor I would want on my side, if I wasn't already a realtor. He is personable and takes his job very seriously. Highly recommend.
