Dave was an absolutely pleasure to work with especially when we were just moving to Arizona from California and didn't know the city. He was patient and knowledgeable and his priority was helping us to find the right house that met most of our requirements. We highly recommend him!

I had the opportunity to work with Dustin Sumner these last few weeks and my girlfriend and I search for our first house here in Arizona. We had a very short time frame between wanting to move out of our apartment and find/move into a house anywhere BUT Mesa. Dustin was very professional and understanding to our needs and wants, especially considering the market is absolutely crazy right now. Dustin was a pro at finding us potential listings, and maybe our parameters were set too strictly, because I kid you not, these houses list and they go in a matter of literal hours. We took Dustin's recommendation and ultimately moved into a house just slightly outside of the popular areas and couldn't be any happier. We have Dustin to thank for everything and I would recommend him to anyone. I'm sure all his coworkers are great people, but I'm glad we got to work with Dustin.

Dave is truly and incredible realtor. He is confident, kind, knowledgable and has an amazing network of contacts that enabled him to get the best price for our home in a quick and timely manner. If there is anything that needed done, over and above, he knew the correct people to refer us to with great prices (such as A/C tune-up, etc...things to make the house better for sale). He also goes the extra mile for his clients. We live out of state and Dave went and checked on our house as needed, kept us up to date on anything that was happening and took steps to ensure that everything was always looking great and ready to sell. He kept me informed of everything (good and bad) and took the journey of selling the house with us. We truly could not have asked for a better realtor. Thanks Dave!
