Bariatric Psychological Assessment

This is a year late... But!! Carol Mclean accessed my 3.5 yr old at the time and Carol Mclean confirmed my suspicion of my daughter having autism and being developmentally delayed. If it wasnt for her I wouldnt know were we will be. Cause of her I got my daughter in therapy right away and fought my school district to re access her and not put her on the waitlist for developmental preschool and now my daughter is thriving. Talking like you wouldnt believe and all it took was proof from Carol Mclean Physc eval to prove my daughter needed help and she got it!!! My daughter is even entering kindergarten early this fall. I am so thankful for Carol Mclean

My daughter was diagnosed with level three autism in November 23rd . I was told to wait two weeks and then we will get paperwork on it . I have left voicemails at this phone number above and I have sent emails and no one is getting back to me and I really need this paperwork to put her in a center for therapies. UPDATE: received a call and received report through email. So I am updating to 3 stars. It still took 5 weeks when it shouldve been sooner

This practice is awesome Carol and her team were so great in assessing my son, I mean they are so detailed and very professional I was finally able to get some answers and taken seriously, my son finally had his diagnosis and is able to get his services that he needs.They are very attentive and compassionate.

Today is 12.29.2023- I made an appointment with this Doctors office since The ending of October- spoke to the office numerous of times and even gave them my adopted sons insurance over the phone. They called me back in December to advise they needed a referral and today they call to tell me he isnt able to be seen 5 days before the appointment I waited Over a month for I find this to be very unprofessional and as they did call to apologize it doesnt take the time I have to wait again to be seen elsewhere. I feel like the ball was dropped numerous of times and all this could have been prevented. Update- Dr. Carol did reach out to me in regards to insurance coverage and the verification process. Looks like medical coverage and automatic charges were the mix up here. Dr Carol went above and beyond to try to get my son seen. But I have to make some coverage changes and she will squeeze us in! Thank you for taking the time to hear me out and getting to the bottom of this miscommunication!
